A Woman Trained Her Dog With Harry Potter Spells

Fiction July, 05, 2025

The magic of the Harry Potter series is eternal. One thing is sure that its charm will continue to float in the world of fantasy. Many Potterheads keep on sharing their Harry Potter love with the world by hosting Hogwarts parties, costumes of the characters, etc. But one woman named Anna Brisbin broke that ceiling by sharing a stupendous video of her dog- Remus.

Anna Brisbin is one of those Potterheads that transformed the things around them to cherish the magic of the Harry Potter series. But she is a bit different as she broadened the gamut of her efforts. The woman trained her dachshund named Remus to follow her Harry Potter spells. The medium-size canine displays his act with alacrity to let his owner soak in the pool of joy. The voiceover actress used the dictionary of Hogwarts to crown her dog as one of the elements of the world of magic.

“Stupefy” makes the dog stay. “Wingardium Leviosa” commands the dog to stand vigilantly. Not just that the dog also climbs up the stairs when his owner shouts “Ascendio”. Then walks down the stairs with “Descendo”. Anna also makes her dog fetch things with “Accio”. The dog stuns the viewers by ringing the doorbell when he receives the command of “Alohomora”. He is smart enough to turn the lights off for you with a simple “Nox”.

Apart from following the commands, the dog is also good at playing the characters. The spell of “Avada Kedavra” makes him play the character of a dead. Anna loves the series to such an extent that makes her dog go around completely dressed in Hogwarts attire.

He proudly dons his Gryffindor tie and the formal suit to give you the vibes of a pure culture of Hogwarts. Not just that but the woman also filmed her dog having a dog fight with her black cat (as Dementor) in the Harry Potter way. It presents a typically Harry Potter fight armed with the weapons of magic.

To spread the pearls of her Harry Potter love around the world, Anna captured her magical moments with her dog and shared them with the world through a video. She also included the fight scene to make Potterheads go crazy. She said, “oh, you trained your dog in German?” Then adding to that she said, “I trained my dog in Harry Potter spells”. To her delight, her canine received the official Pottermore seal of approval. Remus is, in fact, a great personality on Instagram with 34.6k followers.

The dog is thus the new king of the world of magical spell. Have you tried some of these tricks on your pet?
