Gaming July, 12, 2025

Fictional characters Goku, Luffy, and Naruto are known for the superhuman strengths and powers. The Shinjuku Station, in Tokyo, showcased an artwork depicting their strength as punches in the wall. This was done to celebrate the release of an anime game known as Jump Force. The different punch in the wall shows the different kinds of powers each character possess.

The 15-foot wide artwork at the station depicted the powers of quick punches and superhuman strength that the characters possess. The three punches are differently styled according to the unique fighting styles of the three characters. Each smash was personalized depicting the character’s fighting style, nature, and damage done by each fighter.

The art reflected the destruction and damage caused by each fighter with the superhuman powers. Luffy’s Gomu Gomu no Red Hawk depicted a clenched fist in the center with red lava-like color in the punch. Goku’s Kamehameha had a hollow dark core with cool blue shades. Naruto’s Rasengan was with a closed center and in a concrete grey color. The different colors depict the natures of each character.

Luffy’s red color shows the hot-tempered nature, while the blue color shows the cool and calm nature of Goku. The grey color depicted the brutalist nature of Naruto. The blue traffic cones in the artwork in the state of disarray also depicted a fight. It showed that some kind of ruckus was made before the walls got smashed. The whole 15-foot wide wall depicted a storyline.

The game which was being highly promoted is a crossover game between the famous characters of Naruto, Dragon Ball, and One Piece. The game is developed by Japanese video game developer Spike Chunsoft Co. Ltd. (Mystery Dungeon) and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. It was released to mark the fiftieth celebration of Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump anthology.

Mike Harradence, a reviewer from VideoGamer shared, “Jump Force is a love letter to fans: a 50th birthday pressie from Shonen Jump magazine, offering a massive 40-something roster that makes it perhaps the biggest crossover royale this side of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.”
