Mason Lee to play Bruce Lee in a biopic with Ang Lee as its director
The celebrated actor Bruce Lee is set to return to screens with his biopic. Restirring the magic Mason Lee will play the role of Bruce Lee in the biopic. Not just that but his father Ang Lee will direct the movie. Sony’s 3000 Pictures will be producing the film. Mason has been putting his heart and soul into his martial training.
Hollywood has a separate fan base for action movies. These movies have covered a range of themes. From boxing to racing they have explored different domains of action. Not just that they have also marched with time to serve the best on that note. Building on that front many actors have won their due recognition. Among them Bruce Lee continues to stand out for his outstanding martial art prowess. Reliving his charm actor Mason Lee is all set to play his role in his biopic.
Nobody will deny that Bruce Lee was a legend in the Hollywood narrative. The Chinese-American actor director and martial arts expert earned a distinguished place in the stardom alleys. Bringing the iconic stint on the floor Ang Lee has turned up to be its director. Not just that his son Mason Lee will play the role of Bruce Lee. It will also mark another collaboration of Ang and Sony’s 3000 Pictures. Ang will return to the scene with Gabler Paiva and Sony Pictures chairman Tom Rothman. They had worked together and produced the iconic Oscar-winning film Life of Pi in 2012.
Therefore hopes are high with the mention of members on the board for the film.
Adding to that he has also joined hands with Lawrence Grey Shannon Lee Ben Everard and Brian Bell to produce the film.
Not only Ang but Mason has also been working hard to deliver the best. The Taiwanese actor has been training for three years for the role. He is trying his best to ace the magic of martial arts. Ang is putting his heart and soul into this movie. He wants to tell the story of the legend in the best way.
Taking on that part he shared “I feel compelled to tell the story of this brilliant unique human being who yearned for belonging possessed tremendous power in a [61-kilogram] frame and who through tireless hard work made impossible dreams into reality.”

According to a study Lee breathed his last in 1973 after collapsing. He had drunk too much water.
