With hearts of millions of souls sinking on braving the raging winds of COVID-19, some pleasant souls are out on the streets to drive the fear out. Artists and creative souls are working their ways out to spread the bubbles of joy and peace. Not only are the fighters in the white coat but ordinary men also putting in their might to help humanity circumvent the smokescreen of catastrophe. A window-washer also joined the battle but in a different way.

It was a normal day for the little patients waiting to see the ray of a new dawn at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. The hospital staff was busy in carrying out their professional obligations. Suddenly, a being donning a vibrant costume took on the windows of the hospital. It did not take a second for the children patients at the hospital to recognize the sticky creature. After all, it was their favorite superhero- Spiderman. They got thrilled as their superhero went from window to window to give them a bit of cleaning.

The little nuggets jumped up with joy on seeing their Spiderman doing the chore through the sparkling window. They called his name and waved at him with a big smile. Their high on spirit reaction revealed their unconditional love for the man with the superpower. He also delivered back at the children with the same level of energy and compassion. The moments of astonishment hankered after him as he moved from one window to another. Thus, he managed to win the hearts of his little lovers.

Sharing their joy and revealing the identity of the man in the costume, the hospital took to the social media world, “Today, our Friendly Neighborhood (window washing) Spider-Man repelled down St. Louis Children’s Hospital bringing smiles to the kids, parents and staff inside”. The tweet in the twitter world created waves of applause for the window washer. Social media-users turned up to heave down bundles of praise and cheers for the hero in the costume. His kind act managed to win hearts around the world.

Many other window cleaners also joined the spree by carrying out their work while donning the costumes of the superheroes. The children are basking in the pool of satiation and eternal joy on seeing their superheroes joining them in the fight but this time in a different role. The successful and selfless acts of these unsung Good Samaritans have opened the doors of rendering services to the society in these raging times in a pleasant manner.

Hopefully, the kids at the helm of the worldwide turmoil would have cherished some moments of solace and peace.
